A shocking video depicting a man urinating on a youth has sparked widespread fury after it was shared on social media. The incident is said to have occurred in Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh, and has ignited calls for swift action against the perpetrator.
In response to the viral video, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has ordered authorities to take strict measures. Anjulata Patle, Additional SP of Sidhi, revealed that a First Information Report (FIR) has been filed under the Indian Penal Code Sections 294, 504, and the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Furthermore, a team has been dispatched to apprehend the accused individual, and preparations are underway to potentially invoke the National Security Act (NSA) against him.
BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla has distanced himself from the accused, identified as Pravesh Shukla, who appears in the viral video. "He is not my representative," clarified the Sidhi MLA. "I conveyed this to the Chief Minister as well. While I do know him because he is from my constituency, his actions are his own and must be dealt with accordingly."

However, criticism has arisen concerning the perceived delay in taking action. Congress MLA Kunal Choudhary expressed his disappointment, stating, "It has been two days, and no substantial steps have been taken. The Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, has merely resorted to tweeting. Where is his assertive approach?"
Responding to the incident, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan conveyed, "I have been made aware of a viral video from Sidhi district. I have instructed the administration to arrest the culprit and take strict action, including the possibility of invoking the NSA."
