Major Drug Bust in Mumbai: International Market Hit with Rs 5 Crore Blow.
MUMBAI, 11 November 2023: In a significant operation, the Anti Narcotics Cell of Mumbai Crime Branch, with units based in Kandivali and Ghatkopar, successfully seized a substantial quantity of MD drugs and hydroponic weed from the Dharavi and Dahisar areas of Mumbai. The recovered drugs are estimated to be worth approximately Rs 5 crore in the international market.

Two individuals, including a Nigerian national, have been apprehended in connection with the illegal activities. They have been placed under police custody until November 13, pending further investigation.
