12 Feb, 24: In an unconventional move to shed light on erectile dysfunction (ED), Bollywood powerhouse Ranveer Singh has joined hands with a wellness brand, infusing his signature humor into the campaign. Partnering with none other than American adult film star Johnny Sins, the duo has embarked on a mission to destigmatize ED through a comedic lens.
The brand recently unveiled a quirky advertisement that cleverly spoofs the quintessential Indian saas-bahu drama, with Ranveer and Johnny taking center stage. The humorous narrative unfolds as a disgruntled woman complains to Ranveer about his on-screen brother, essayed by Johnny, grappling with ED. Laden with playful innuendos, the scene humorously highlights Johnny's character's predicament, much to his chagrin. However, a twist in the tale comes when Ranveer intervenes, offering a Bold Care pill to Johnny's character, who then comes to his wife's rescue, saving the day and his marriage.
Penned by the comedic minds of Tanmay Bhat, Devaiah Bopanna, and their team, and directed by Ayappa KM, the advertisement marks a significant milestone as Johnny Sins makes his debut in the Indian advertising arena.
Commenting on the campaign, Ranveer expressed his genuine commitment to leveraging his influence for social good. He emphasized that the initiative aims not only to raise awareness but also to foster real change and impact millions of lives nationwide.
