Pune, Maharashtra – In a dramatic turn of events, a 17-year-old boy and his father, real estate developer Vishal Agarwal, have claimed that their family driver was behind the wheel during the fatal Porsche crash that killed two people. The incident has led to a renewed police investigation, with the driver now being questioned again.

The crash, which involved the Porsche crashing into a motorbike, resulted in the tragic deaths of two individuals. The minor, along with his two friends who were in the car at the time, have all stated that the driver was driving the Porsche during the accident.

Just a day before this latest development, a Pune court had canceled the bail previously granted to the minor and ordered him to be sent to a juvenile center. This court decision came amidst allegations that the teenager was responsible for the crash.

The family driver had initially claimed responsibility for driving the Porsche on the night of the accident. Vishal Agarwal has consistently supported this claim, asserting that it was indeed the family driver who was driving.

As part of the ongoing investigation, the police have recovered Vishal Agarwal’s mobile phone to uncover more details about the events leading up to the crash. Additionally, the Pune crime branch is questioning Surendra Agarwal, the grandfather of the minor, to gather more information about the family's actions and communications on the day of the accident.

The police continue to probe the case to ascertain the exact sequence of events and determine the true circumstances surrounding the tragic accident.
