MUMBAI, 4 July 2024: Mumbai is all set to welcome the Indian Cricket Team as they celebrate their victory. According to Satyanarayan Choudhary, Joint CP of Law and Order for Mumbai Police, the team will be visiting Marine Drive and Wankhede Stadium this evening.
The Mumbai Police have put in place detailed security measures to ensure everyone's safety. They have coordinated with the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to arrange thorough checks and frisking of the public attending the event.
Additionally, traffic diversions have been planned to manage the flow of vehicles. The public has already been notified about these changes to help ease the congestion during the parade.
With these preparations, Mumbai is ready to celebrate Team India's success in a safe and organized manner.
